Someone's Goober Brother by Unknown Artist, mixed media on paper, c. 1950s, loose - 12" x 16"
 
I have no idea who do this piece but I love it.  I found it among other loose drawings and artist pads, all of which came from the NYC area.  I hesitate to say it was by a completely amateur artist but I guess it's possible.
