"Am Kalterer See" by Jos. von Röggla (Austria (?), ??-??), oil/canvas, professionally cleaned, signed "V Röggla" bottom right and singed on back "Jos. von Röggla pinx." (pinx. is an abbreviation for pinxit, which is "often inscribed after the artist's signature to indicate he/she was the author"), titled inscribed on back as well as a date of "16/9 1913," framed - 19"x23". The title translates as "At the Kalterer Lake".
 
Unfortunately I could not discover any information on an artist named Jos. von Röggla.  Most likely he was a talented but amateur artist.
