Kapousouz was a painter, illustrator, sculptor, and an iconographer. Originally, from Greece, Kapousouz sometimes used the name "Bill Kapra" in his career as an artist. His work can be found in the collection of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and in the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Seattle.
